Vents d'Est,Keleti Szél LP PEKKE mg 1990

Montanaro a provence musician, born of the french ethnic group: Okcitán. His music is a blend of the music of the European peoples, using a variety of different folk music motifs naturally and without prejudice; in Vent's Est, jazz and folk musicians play together. This production which had its premiere in Budapest in 1990, has been successfully touring Europe for nearly ten years. This is the recording of that premiere concert wherein a select group of Hungarian musicians worked together with Montanaro. Also performing: Márta Sebestyén, György Szabados, Csaba Ökrös , Téka and Vujicsics.(Biomusic)
